Mission Statement:

The mission of the Brown Soil & Water Conservation District is to provide the leadership in promoting and protecting the integrity of Brown County's soil, water and other natural resources through technical assistance and education.

 

Available Cost Share Programs

 

There are several cost share program that are available for landowners that live in the White Oak Creek Watershed boundary.

The list below are the practice available and are subject to review by the White Oak Creek Watershed Advisory Board.  The implementation practices listed below are set up to reduce or eliminate the nonpoint source pollution that is present at the proposed installation site.  See the Brown or Highland SWCD's for more detailed information.  You may obtain the application form from this site or your local Soil & Water Conservation District.  The form MUST also be returned to the Soil & Water Conservation District.
